My fingertips were quivering with immense warmth as I touched my hand to my cheek. The sting of Tara's ruthless smack was completely exhilerating. I'd never felt this kind of rush, even when it was my father who delivered the blows. The heavy feeling in my chest was different, and utterly breath taking. I liked it...

I stood from my chair, ready to chase after her. In this instant I knew... The realization hit me that I loved her. Must have her. Would do anything to keep her. Physically, she had left me. But mentally... Mentally, she was already my prisoner, and it would stay that way until I could have her in my grasp. My hands were aching, longing to break her. Oh, yes, I would break her, even if she agreed to be mine.

I wanted her to struggle.
I wanted to see the blood, to feel her bone shatter like dust in my hand as I kissed the tears from her eyelids. Caressed her bloody cheek... Yes, there would be blood. Tara's blood... My blood... Our blood.

I lifted my head back and shut my eyes with a content sigh, replaying her voice in my head. "Creep!" She had shouted not minutes ago. "Creep!" Music to my ears. Tara feared me, and that was a good thing. This meant that it would be so much more satisfying in the end, for the both of us. The longing to be with her was killing me, but I resisted as I payed the bil. To kiss her extravagant cheeks... To touch her sweet lips... To stroke her locks of hair while she uttered my name...

Yes...

I was looking forward to the days ahead of me.

I stepped out into the rainy night, inhaling the sweet mist and fog of Ghizou winter. My cold lips turned upwards into a narcissistic smile. Mounting Bai Feng, I spoke to my spirit ally. "Bason..." I said, softly. "You know of the trials ahead, and I will not force you to partake. You know this."

He spoke to me in response, but I wasn't listening. I didn't care. My thoughts were clouded as I rode on to the hotel in downtown Ghizou, where I knew she spent her nights alone... Cold... For tonight, I would be the remedy to the venom of loneliness that had overcame my Lovely. I would appologize for the incident, and lure her in. Then...

Her blood would meet the floor.
